Island Wide Adventure

Warm welcome by our Tamashi Lanka representative at the airport. Transfer to Negombo (15 minutes from BIA). Check in to your beach hotel, relax after your flight and enjoy the sandy beach with an optional local beer.

Drive north to Kalpitiya — a water-sports paradise. Try sea kayaking, windsurfing, catamaran rides and kite surfing with certified instructors. Relax on the beach in the evening.

Early morning whale & dolphin watching (best season mid-Oct to end-Mar). Follow with a local fishing expedition and a cooking session to prepare your catch. Explore Kalpitiya’s highlights.

Transfer to Mud House — an intimate eco-lodge. Explore the property by bike, cycle to Kuntaniyagala Rock for panoramic 360° views, then return to your hut for dinner.

Kayak around the lodge’s pond observing local birdlife. Visit Yapahuwa and Panduwasnuwara to explore ancient ruins, carvings and historic sites. Dinner at your eco-hut.

Drive to Habarana. Experience Hiriwadunna village — bullock cart, canoe ride, cooking demo and village lunch. In the evening visit Sigiriya Rock for sunset views.

Hike Pidurangala Rock at sunrise for a spectacular view of Sigiriya. Evening safari in Minneriya National Park to witness large elephant gatherings and diverse birdlife.

Visit Dambulla Golden Cave Temple, then proceed to Kandy. Explore the Temple of the Tooth Relic, stroll around Kandy Lake and watch the Kandy Cultural Dance Show.

Early morning hike into the Knuckles Mountain Range — a rewarding full-day trek through rugged trails, cloud forests and remote villages. Return to the hotel to relax.

Drive to Haputale. In the evening visit Adisham Bungalow (St. Benedict’s Monastery) and relax at your accommodation with scenic hill views.

Sunrise at Lipton’s Seat for panoramic tea-country views. In the afternoon hike Diyaluma Falls — Sri Lanka’s second tallest waterfall — and enjoy a natural pool bath.

Visit Bambarakanda Waterfall then tackle the exhilarating Devil’s Staircase trail — a highland adventure with steep switchbacks, pine forests and dramatic valleys.

Transfer to Tissamaharama. Relax at your hotel and explore local village life. In the evening visit the sacred Katharagama religious site.

Morning at leisure and an afternoon/evening safari into Yala National Park — look for leopards, elephants and other wildlife in their natural habitat.

Drive to Mirissa via Galle. In the evening explore Galle Old Dutch Fort — walk its ramparts and wander the charming colonial streets.

Full beach day in Unawatuna with optional scuba diving, snorkeling or simply relaxing on the sand. Evening at leisure.

Early transfer to Sinharaja Rainforest — Sri Lanka’s biodiversity hotspot. Expect 3 hr drive to the trailhead and 5–6 hours of trekking with jungle lunch. Return to the lodge.

Proceed to Kitulgala for a full day of river adventures — white water rafting and water-based activities for thrill seekers.

Morning city tour of Colombo — visit landmarks and shopping malls. Later drive to Negombo for an evening of relaxation on the beach.

Negombo city sightseeing followed by a lagoon boat safari to Monkey Island through the mangroves — spot lagoon wildlife and enjoy the coastal scenery.

Check out after your final Sri Lankan breakfast and transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure. Farewells until next time!
