Day 01

Warm airport welcome with traditional blessing thread. Check in at your hotel. Evening visit to a serene Buddhist temple near Negombo for a peaceful first meditation. Introduction to Sri Lankan Buddhist heritage & Poson significance. Dinner & overnight in Negombo.

Negombo → Anuradhapura

Day 02

Transfer to the sacred city of Anuradhapura. Visit Sri Maha Bodhi (world's oldest recorded sacred tree), Ruwanwelisaya, and Jetavanaramaya. Experience an evening puja ceremony. Dinner & overnight in Anuradhapura.

Poson Day in Anuradhapura

Day 03

Immersive Poson Pilgrimage Experience. Join white-clad devotees for the Poson festival. Participate in almsgiving, dansal tasting, chanting & Poson lantern viewing. Guided visit to Mihintale, the birthplace of Buddhism in Sri Lanka. Sacred stairway climb and rock viewpoint. Poson evening rituals. Dinner & overnight in Anuradhapura.

Anuradhapura → Polonnaruwa → Sigiriya

Day 04

Transfer to Polonnaruwa. Explore Gal Vihara (iconic Buddha statues), ancient palaces & temples of Sri Lanka's second kingdom. Afternoon transfer to Sigiriya. Relaxing evening surrounded by nature. Dinner & overnight in Sigiriya.

Sigiriya Rock Fortress & Dambulla Cave Temple

Day 05

Morning climb of Sigiriya (best views in Sri Lanka). Visit the famous Dambulla Cave Temple. Enjoy a village walk & traditional lunch. Optional experiences: herbal foot massage or a meditation session inside a forest monastery. Dinner & overnight in Sigiriya.

Sigiriya → Kandy

Day 06

Scenic drive to Kandy. Visit the revered Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic during evening puja. Walk around Kandy Lake and enjoy a peaceful city atmosphere. Watch a cultural dance performance. Dinner & overnight in Kandy.

Kandy → Airport Departure

Day 07

Leisure morning. Visit the Tea Museum and optional quick visit to a handicraft center. Transfer to the airport for departure with blessings.
